About Me

I am an academic at the College of Computing, Informatics, and Mathematics (KPPIM) at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Kedah Branch. My academic and research background are in information technology, computer science, information systems, and information management. My professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UPM Malaysia in 1998, followed by a Master of Science in Information Technology in 2000. My commitment to advancing knowledge and expertise in my field culminated in earning a PhD in 2012 in the field of information systems management.
